- ESPN will start preparing for the X Games at this property beginning on January 10 and leaving on February 6. Our parking lot will NOT be available for these dates. Beginning on January 12 they will be masking off our lobby carpeting and removing lobby furniture. The last day for our continental breakfast is January 17th until February 6.
